I recently read Peter Sims’ book, Little Bets: How Breakthrough Ideas Emerge from Small Discoveries.

I enjoyed this book because it emphasizes the importance of failure and the impossibility of getting it right on the first try. It’s hardly my favorite book on innovation, but it’s a good, quick read.
