First fall in love. Go with something you love and hopefully become really good at–as opposed to doing something you’re good at and hopefully fall in love with. Because that will sustain you through all the hard times. Truly, truly love it.

Whatever success I seem to be having in my career stems from my passion. Fifteen years ago, I worked in corporate HR and just didn’t have any fire for it. I was much more interested in technology, disruption, emerging trends, data, and books. I’m a big believer that money and success follow the passion. Without the latter, you’re unlikely to find the former.
