I work with people on an individual basis, helping them understand the best ways to use technology, do their jobs, and manage their businesses.
I do many different types of consulting under the general umbrellas of management and technology. I’ve worked extensively in industries such as health care, retail, public sector, manufacturing, telecommunications, and professional services.
I offer strategic advice. I manage projects. I help organizations select and implement systems–and evaluate different ones. In general, if I’ve written about it, I also consult about it.
Aside from consulting and speaking, I write articles, blog posts, and white papers, and other content on a wide range of topics. Beyond generating content in my own name, I also ghostwrite.
