SERVICES

For more than two decades, I have worked with individuals and organizations in a wide variety of industries and capacities. At a high level, I do three things today. First, I train employees on how to use collaborative tools, most notably Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Second, I help organizations collaborate, communciate, and use analytics better. Third, I write articles, white papers, and other long-form content for my clients.

Today the costs of inaction almost always exceed the costs of action.

PROFESSOR

Over the years, I have taught thousands of students a wide variety of management, data, and technology courses both in-person and online. These days, I give guest lectures and serve as a professor-for-hire.

THE LONG TERM HAS NEVER BEEN SHORTER.

BLOG

Oh, and I freakin’ despise jargon. Over the last decade, I’ve penned thousands of posts, nearly 1,300 of which live on this site.
