In a move that should surprise exactly no one, [the Cleveland Browns canned head coach Freddie Kitchens after only one season](https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/browns/2019/12/29/freddie-kitchens-fired-cleveland-browns-coach-one-season/2768187001/?ref=philsimon.com). It's become somewhat of a rite of passage over the past few years for that moribund franchise. Meanwhile, in Foxborough, MA, the Patriots keep chugging away with the same head coach.

With respect to stability, how different have these two franchises been?
