Shaw was speaking in general termsβnot about ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity. Make no mistake, though: today's breed of generative AI tools makes people think they can accomplish things they just can't. In this post, I'll connect the dots. AI hallucinations will result in a tsunami of clean-up work for true subject matter experts.
