Conversations About Collaboration

Conversations About Collaboration is my new podcast.
I interview interesting and accomplished folks who have strong views on how to get people to work together effectively. So far, guests have included authors, prominent industry professionals, CXOs, academics, and generally smart cookies.
At a high level, the discussions have involved:
- Remote work
- The future of work
- Management
- Productivity
- Communication
- Workplace technology
- Culture
- How tech is changing business processes
- Collaboration
I launched the pod for a several reasons.
First, collaboration is a critical and rich topic today. (Yes, I’m biased.) Second, there was just too much good stuff to pack into Reimagining Collaboration. Along those lines, this pod continues and extends the conversation that the book starts. Third, all of the cool kids were doing it.
