On Conversations About Collaboration, I interview interesting, progressive, and accomplished folks with strong views on how to get people to work together effectively. Guests have included a hodgepodge of authors, prominent industry professionals, CXOs, academics, and generally smart cookies.
At a high level, the discussions have involved:
- Remote work
- Collaboration hubs and spokes
- The future of work
- Low-code/no-code
- Management
- Productivity
- Communication
- Workplace technology
- Culture
- How tech is changing business processes
- And, of course, collaboration
I launched the pod for a several reasons.
First, collaboration is a critical and rich topic today and I like to think that I’ve got something important to say about it. (Yes, I’m biased.) Second, there was just too much good stuff to pack into Reimagining Collaboration. Along those lines, this pod continues and extends the conversation that the book starts. Third, all of the cool kids are starting pods.
