When Client Training Expectations and Reality Collide

I've been conducting corporate training for nearly a quarter-century. Although, to be fair, I've worn other hats during that time. During that time, my classes that have run the gamut. Most have gone very wellβothers, not so much. To quote Pacino in Heat, "I've worked all kinds."
