Workplace tech is a challenging, dynamic, and endlessly fascinating world rife with landmines. Since 1998, I have helped scores of firms, teams, and individuals successfully navigate it. Jobs have included implementing enterprise systems, solving mind-bending data problems, evaluating software vendors, training users in new applications, flying in to save the day, and building bespoke applications. You name it, and odds are I've done it.
