SPEAKING
Whether in person or virtually, I regularly speak to organizations of all types and sizes. Topics typically cover the future of work, Big Data, platforms, analytics, communication, collaboration, and technology. Since 1997, I have given more than 400 talks, presentations, and workshops to more than 40,000 people on three continents and in eight countries. I’ve spoken at organizations such as Netflix, eBay, SAS, and hundreds of others.
All companies are tech companies. Some just haven’t realized it yet.
SERVICES
For more than two decades, I have worked with individuals and organizations in a wide variety of industries and capacities. At a high level, I do three things today. First, I train employees on how to use collaborative tools, most notably Slack and Zoom. Second, I help organizations collaborate, communciate, and use analytics better. Third, I write articles, white papers, and other long-form content for my clients.
INSIGHTS
I write about the future of work, collaboration, communication, Big Data, platforms, higher education, technology, and other topics. I pepper my posts with humor and pop-culture references. Oh, and I freakin’ despise jargon. Over the last decade, I’ve penned thousands of posts, more than 1,300 of which live on this site.

Over the years, I have taught thousands of students a wide variety of management, data, and technology courses both in-person and online. These days, I give guest lectures and serve as a professor-for-hire.
