I recently wrote an article for Waters Technology magazine based upon Why New Systems Fail. In the piece, I argue that Sarbanes Oxley and service-oriented architecture collective make it easier for organizations to deploy new technologies. What’s more, they have reduced the likelihood that some projects break bad.
