I’m working on a book now about communication and collaboration. It’s been interesting talking to folks who use tools other than e-mail to work more effectively.

Along these lines, I’ve been playing with Todoist. I’m finding it pretty intuitive and, more important, it should minimize the time I spend in my inbox.
