    Phil, I think the Big Data activity focus on “time to insight” is nice, but not as useful as the effort to improve “time to action”.  The movement of data to contextual understanding needs to move to the next step, that is separating out more “normal” data and events from the ones that actually require human interaction. That’s part of what I’ve been talking about for years on the TNBT blog.
