YWP-COVER-FINALI just finished my friend Scott Berkun’s latest book The Year Without Pants: WordPress.com and the Future of Work (affiliate link).

It’s awesome. Berkun writes in his usual conversational style. For those who think that large companies need to (over)rely upon e-mail, think again. E-mail is the exception at Automattic, not the norm.
